All transactions are conducted in Sterling.

Cancellations & Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your mat then please notify us as soon as possible. If the mat is returned in it's original condition within 28 days of ordering we can then issue a full refund or replacement. DVD's and books are only refundable if found to be faulty.

Please notify us of any damages or faults as soon as you receive your order.
If you would like to cancel your order then please notify us in writing or by e-mail within 7 working days of placing your order. We can then arrange for the order to be returned and refunded.

Delivery within the UK takes 2 to 3 working days but is not guaranteed.

International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance.
Shivas Mat Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs.
